The Autumn Learning Journey

THE AUTUMN LEARNING JOURNEY

Hi! Welcome to my blog post! If you are new here then please follow me and let me introduce myself! Hi! I am Nishka and today I am going to be talking about what I will be doing in this blog post! This blog post is all about me doing The Autumn Learning Journey! The Autumn Learning Journey is all about the people have fun in the 2 weeks holidays! Most people might not be having school holidays right now but I hope you guys will soon!

For today's activity on The Autumn Learning Journey is where we find the difference between Rock Music and some Classical Music! I have been doing a lot of research and writing notes down to remember! In the future, I might get asked this question so I might be able to answer it! Anyways, let me tell you the difference between Rock Music and Classical Music now!

Rock Music is played with a some strong instruments like an electric guitar, drums, or a bass guitar while Classical Music is played by the piano family or the violin family. There could be many more instruments though.

Well, this is it for my blog post! I really hope you guys enjoyed this blog post! Sorry for not posting a DLO but I hope you guys still enjoyed anyways! The two questions for today is would you rather play Rock Music or Classical Music? What instrument would you play from Rock Music or Classical Music? My next Autumn Learning Journey blog post is already out if you wanted to see it! Bye!

- Peace out lovely and fantastic bloggers/people!

Camp Series - Post 1 - Feelings

Hello! I am Nishka and welcome back to my blog post! Sorry I haven't been uploading for a long time! It is just that we went camping for 3 (three) days and 2 (two) nights at Waipara Adventure Centre (WAC). If you didn't know, Waipara Adventure Centre is a very fun place to do camping and they even allow schools to their camping area! Before you want to book a place to Waipara Adventure Centre, you probably want to check their website. Click on the link is you want more information. I think you guys should try Waipara Adventure Centre! Maybe this short story of mine will tell you all my feelings on Google Slides.

So, I really hope you have enjoyed but before you leave, please read this information. It is not important... SO, with my feelings, I was feeling happy but at the same time I felt uncomfortable with the beds. I got taught a life lesson with feelings that nothing will feel the same and you will always feel different emotions no matter how hard or soft it was.

Would you go to Waipara Adventure Centre? If you have been to Waipara Adventure Centre, how were your feelings there? Please comment on my blog! Bye!

Chromebook Challenge #1

This morning in Rimu, we have completed the Cybersmart Challenge #1 for the Cybersmart Challenge Blog. It was really fun and quite easy today. All we had to do was, drag some words into the right places so that the Kawa of Care made sense. We have learnt lots about the Kawa of Care at YMS so we knew straight away what the correct words were.

I had a really fun time completing 3 posters for our Cybersmart Challenge today in Rimu! I bet all of us in Rimu had a really fun time doing these posters! The one I had most fun of was when you had to drag the correct words to the correct places. There were many steps we had to do to complete our posters! For the first and second posters we had to drag the words and then after we have finished, we downloaded it! For the third poster, we had to just put a picture of ourselves in. Then we downloaded it.

This is my poster #1

Swimming Fun!

Hiya People! Today we did something that everybody does in Summer that everybody does and it is fun, Swimming! For the last two weeks, we had swimsafe instructors come to our school pool to teach us about how to swim safely and how to survive underwater!

We have used life jackets so we could float without using our legs and arms to tire ourselves! We have also learnt to do many strokes life freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and many more! We also used our pyjamas to see how it feels underwater with our clothes! There are many more stuff we did like Whirlpool, Boat Safety, A Huddle, and River!

Here are some photos that our teacher took for us so that we could publish it to our blog! I am in many and I look hideous in most of them sooooo, let me just show you!

I learnt that when you do Whirlpool and you run very fast, when you lie flat you spin around on the water and while you are running, it kind of makes you feel dizzy. I felt like wearing my pyjamas in the pool felt weird because it feels uncomfortable while wearing pyjamas in the pool and it make you feel heavy in the water.

Next time I am excited for going on the boat again in the deep end with no goggles and going underneath the boat to breath (my voice sound weird underneath the water)! The thing I will remember the most about this year's swimsafe lessons is when we did freestyle and backstroke! It was really fun doing the strokes the most.

It was really fun doing all but I say my most favourite was freestyle! I also say dolphin dive was the hardest for me because I don't like going down to the bottom of the pool and then coming back up!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Question Time!

Do you like swimming? (I do)

Would you ever go swimming? (I would go swimming everyday btw)

Has Swimsafe ever come to your school? (swimsafe has come to our school!)

What is your favourite stroke? (my favourite stroke is freestyle)

What end do you like? The deep end or the shallow end? (I like the deep end because you can jump whenever you like)

🤍Bye Bloggers🤍
